Upstream nucleotides:

Will output:

Add nucleotides to a genomic coordinate BED file. This tool will pad a BED file with nucleotides up and/or down stream of the given genomic coordinates.

The specified genome chromosome sizes are respected so that no start < 0 and no end > chromosome size.
Additionally, upstream/downstream respects the strand orientation as specified in the BED file.
